 The unions putting their needs ahead of the reality of the ones who pay them? How about them stop putting their own needs ahead of the unions? How about those people acknowlegde that the workers have needs? About your analogy, if they don’t bite the hand that feed them, ” the hand” will never know its not giving enough food. The “dialogue” you also talk about could happen if the ones who write the check started treating the workers as human beeings.
